We will not issue refunds once custom orders (made especially for you) have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know! Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can take up to 4 week delivery time. RUSH ORDERS:
If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can not "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.
Return Policy:
Any custom gifts are made especially for you…unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on those items. If you have any questions about an item, PRIOR to ordering, please contact us. REFUNDS will not be issued once custom orders have been placed.
If an item is defective or broken or we shipped you an incorrect item, we will replace it or offer you a credit. If we need the item back, we will pay for the return shipping. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US. We do not pay for return shipping except in extreme circumstances!
If you simply would like to return an item, we refund the merchandise cost (not shipping cost) for any unused items returned in excellent condition with the original packaging within 10 days of the date you received your order. We refund to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. We do not pay for return shipping. Items on CLEARANCE sale are non-returnable.
When requesting a Monogram, use the following guidelines:
Traditionally, a monogram is the FIRST name initial, LAST NAME initial, MIDDLE name initial, with the first name initial & middle name initial smaller on each side of the large LAST name initial placed in the middle, all capitalized.
ex. Melinda Colleen Beaty would be MBC with the B being the larger initial in the middle.
Men generally stick to a 3 letter block initial. Michael James Smith would be MJS, all the same size & capitalized.
A married couple generally uses their couple monogram on common items, such as towels or soap.
Laurie & Michael Smith couple monogram would be L on the left, S in the center and M on the right.
However, some people prefer for the man's initial to go first, either way is completely acceptable. Just remember, 3 letter monograms will be personalized in the order they are entered in our shop.
Just remember, we always Personalize an item exactly as the letters are entered. Always enter the letters in the order that they should appear on the product.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Unfortunately, shipping costs are not something we can control! I weigh each item carefully in an appropriate shipping box. Then USPS or UPS, whichever method of shipping you have chosen, calculates the shipping costs based on combined weight and zipcode area. Both USPS and UPS have recently increased their rates! I take every measure I can to keep those costs within reason; and weighing the item rather than the flat rate system is USUALLY the cheaper and most importantly, the FAIREST way to each customer. I have recently taken off the option of first class mail because there is no way to track that! USPS Priority and UPS both provide tracking numbers which in some situations, prove to be most useful! If you do prefer first class mail and do not mind taking the risk of "no tracking number", email me or call me and I will confirm your preference and get a shipping costs on the first class method per weight and size of package.
